At Mysa, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. Before initiating a return or exchange, please review the guidelines below.
Our Handcrafted Products
Each Mysa product is crafted by skilled artisans, preserving traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in texture, shape, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details before making a purchase. Additionally, we recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package to ensure a smooth return process, if required.
Eligibility for Exchange and Return

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Kitchen items are non-returnable.

Returns for undamaged products are generally not accepted, but exceptions may be considered at Mysa’s discretion.
Exchange and Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange, please email us at worldofmysa@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the following details:

Unboxing Video – A start-to-finish video clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened and the product inside.

Product & Packaging Images – Clear photos of the outer packaging and received product.

Order Number – Mention your order number in the subject line.

Refund or Exchange Preference – Indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Reason for Return – Clearly state the issue (e.g., cracks, breakage, incorrect item).
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-4 working days. If approved, we will provide a return authorization.
Refund & Exchange Process

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10-12 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Reverse pickup will be arranged by Mysa where applicable. If you prefer to self-ship, the product must be dispatched within 7 days of return authorization.
Important Return Policies

The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

Shipping fees for both the original and return shipment will be deducted from the refund, except in cases of verified product damage or incorrect items received.

If a return request for an undamaged product is approved as an exception, the customer will bear both onward and return shipping charges.
Reverse Pickup Policy
For your convenience, Mysa offers a Reverse Pickup Service for accepted return requests:

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 5-7 business days from approval.

If you choose to self-ship, the product must be dispatched within 7 days of approval.
Conditions for Refund

Refunds will only be issued after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Used or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.
