Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including the correct address and phone number, to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Order Fulfilment & Delivery

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers to offer hassle-free order fulfillment across India, delivering right to your doorstep.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 working days, depending on the destination and courier service efficiency.

Address Changes & Non-Delivery

  • Address modifications can be made before the order is dispatched.

  • If non-delivery occurs due to incorrect shipping details, the customer will bear the additional re-delivery charges.

Shipping Cost Deductions

In the following cases, shipping costs (both for sending and returning the package) will be deducted before any refund or re-delivery attempt:

  • Incorrect, outdated, or improperly formatted address.

  • Three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping partner.

  • Refusal by the recipient to accept the package.

Delivery Schedule & Delays

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may impact shipping timelines.
